Following the objective of providing our clients with a high quality product and the maximum safety and trust in our brand, we have implemented a traceability system which allows us to identify the garlic and onions coming from the various places where our plantations are located, and all throughout the subsequent production processes.

With the application of this traceability system, we keep the strictest control over our products, from the date of plantation and harvesting, with regard to the phytosanitary products applied, watering, handling, production systems, etc., up to the delivery of the final product to our clients.

This traceability process is applied to all the products handled in our warehouses and which may have a direct impact on quality.
